Absolutely shocking and disrespectful…
Absolutely shocking and disrespectful (nonexistent) service. My Armor X phone failed after 2 month. It just would not come on anymore and the USB port stopped working. As requested, I send a video of the phone showing the fault. After receiving confirmation from Jackson at Ulfone that the phone would be fixed under warranty, I sent it in. Next think I received a quote from him saying that the screen was manually damaged and needed to be replaced out of the warranty. I then send a number of emails asking how a screen on a Armored phone can be manually broken without the glass showing any damage (as per video evidence). This was never answered, only that I should trust the service technician's verdict since he has a lot of experience. Jackson has now stopped communicating altogether. I have not heard back for over a month. Firstly, I am unhappy with an armored phone braking down in such a short time, but the service is unbelievably bad also. No more Ulefones for me, that is clear.
