Horrible Customer service
I've bought a phone(order# 3300069035520002874875) which its screen block after few seconds of use. I've contacted the customer service, and since the problema couldn't be solved I shipped the phone back to send it to Factory to repair. They told me that the phone couldn't be repaired, and if I wanted a new phone I should pay for it. So, I buy a phone that doesn't work, I pay the return shipment, and afterwards they tell me that as it cannot be repaired I have to pay for another phone? Is it a scam? In truspilot review I was answered that they sent me an email. After my last reply to their email (5 days ago) I had no more answer, so if you answer the review with lies is better don't answer. In the middletime no proper solution has been offered from tinydeal staff. Please don't lie
