Not too excited with this company...
My experience with OffGamers was not unacceptable - they seemed quite professional and but just couldn't get the job done. It sucks because I'm left with nothing even after contacting the company team. One agent marked my request "resolved" and it wasn't in the least. I complained, but nothing really changed. There are issues with some of the payment options as well.
