Terrible experience on fnirsi dot com/es. I regret this mistake.
Right now, I don't know if the DPOS350P is just vaporware or if fnirsi.com is a scam unrelated to the device's creator or manufacturer. It's impossible to get a response from "support," just as it's impossible to receive the oscilloscope and Geiger counter I paid for a week ago: the tracking says "Ready for pickup," but the package never arrived at the indicated pickup point, and I was only told it had been sent to another location (in a city several kilometers from my house). After going to that address, I only found an old shoe store going out of business, which, of course, was closed. The courier's support page just shows a blank page, their hotline has no humans, only a mindless bot, and fnirsi's support chat is dead, with no response to my questions from a week ago. I should have followed all the advice that said "buy a RIGOL."
