redbus.my never refund money after promising
i bought SKB seremban to kuantan via redbus but the bus company said no bus on that date or time today i bought twice SKB via redbus kuantan to seremban, twice maybank2u transaction failed. i called 4 times the operator pick up but the voice was distant and cant hear very well. my maybank2u was deducted. THEY NEVER CALL BACK AND NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY.
