Scams you for auto buy
I bought my first bag on Amazon, 30 days figured id give it a try (along with 2 other brands). It was way over priced and I figured to gauge the health benefits I should only drink 1 and found a deal on thr website. I ordered 3 bags 90 servings which would last me 3 months. To get the deal its set to auto re-buy. I changed the amount to 2 bags and decided to buy every 90 days. The next month comes and they charge me. I see the charge and ask them to cancel the order (was within the hour). The service rep Gabrielle said that is impossible and would give me 15% off my next purchase. That means I got 4 month supply during summer sitting in a hot kitchen (dont have central air). She said I could return but id have to pay for shipping. I set frequency to 90 days, this wasnt my fault and I should not have to worry about shipping things back and paying for it. I had planned to keep the regular subscription but due to terrible customer service and refusing to let me speak with a manager I will take my business elsewhere.
