IGP Ruined My Daughter’s Raksha Bandhan I placed the order on 23 August because IGP clearly stated that it would be delivered by 26 August. Raksha Bandhan is on 28 August, so there was enough time—otherwise, I would never have ordered from them. Today is Raksha Bandhan, and the order has still not been delivered. What makes it worse is that it is almost impossible to contact their customer service or get a proper update. This was not just a normal parcel—it was meant for a special family occasion. IGP’s false delivery commitment and complete lack of customer support spoiled my daughter’s Raksha Bandhan. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service. I would not recommend IGP for any time-sensitive or special occasion.
