Goods ordered in March 2025, queried in December, order not received and no refund
I ordered some spectacles in December 2025, which did not arrive. I contacted them regarding this, but they claimed they never received the order. This denial was after I had paid for them (which you have to do before they dispatch the order). Their response was unsatisfactory, and up until today, 28/03/2026, I have not received my order, and I have not been offered a refund.
