Mixed feelings! So Disappointed!
I’m so frustrated and disappointed. The 1st time I ordered the shirts they came promptly within a few days and everyone loved them. Well…. I ordered some for my staff training day and gave them 2 weeks as the last time it was so fast. I have had nothing but terrible customer service, and automated answers that are so perfectly written. When I asked for a human what I got was broken English and zero information. It’s exhausting trying to track my order bc and communicate with this company. Thus company has terrible communication skills, no way to track your order and very misleading. Oh but it does fill your inbox with tons of emails with discounts and ads. Again the product is great if you have 2 months to spare. Order now if you expect them by Christmas. I’m Serious it’s the beginning of September already.
