Great customer service.
I was in a queue which went down quickly. The customer assistant took his time to answer all my questions fully. He was polite and very helpful. He also gave me additional information about their platform for future reference. I received bonus credits on my account as a way of thanking me for staying with them which was kind and much appreciated. They take the safety of their platform very seriously and it's one of the best platforms I have been on so far.
