Could not be worse.
Got a delivery notification for an online order. The item had not been delivered. I tried calling customer service. I got put on hold and then disconnected after 30 seconds. This happened three times. I emailed customer service and, predictably, got absolutely no reply. Terrible service, terrible customer service, no communications at all. Avoid at all costs.
