Beware of sellers - support eventually resolved cases
People selling invalid accounts. I reported invalid accounts and asked for a refund, but they allowed the seller to mark it as delivered and did not refund me. Customer support was initially unhelpful. After posting negative review, the support team resolved three of my cases, so I am updating my rating accordingly.
