Lhasa to Base Camp Driving Tour
What an incredible trip! I would highly recommend this trip, booked through Travel China & Tibet, to anyone who is considering travelling to Everest Base Camp in Tibet. We opted for the 8 Day private tour for 2 of us and the entire experience was excellent. The tour guide spoke perfect english and was highly knowledgeable and could answer any question I asked. The driver was always on time, helpful and the car was very well maintained. We stopped at a variety of Monasteries (where Monks still reside now) and the history of them all was amazing. Some things were approximately 1700 years old! We were very fortunate in that there were very few clouds at Everest and saw the mountain very clearly. We even had snow overnight (in April) which made it even more beautiful the following day. You will not be disappointed if you book with Travel China & Tibet!
