I ordered the D.va costume after reading good reviews on their website. What a mistake! First of all I told them I needed it in April and they never told me my deadline would not be met until I emailed them mid April. I got my costume finally in May and let me tell you that the quality is HORRIBLE. No where on the site did it mention that the silver does not stretch and therefore needs a specific measurement ti fit. Then, the logo is peeling off and is clearly a bad iron on job. ALL THE ATTACHMENTS ARE HELD ON WITH POOR QUALITY SAFETY PINS. Nowhere was this mentioned or I would not have bothered with buying it. When I requested compensation they offered $5 which isnt even 10% of what the costume is worth and told me to glue things back together. Horrible customer service, do not waste your time. The reviews on their website are good because they have to be approved.
