This is a company located in China. They don’t guarantee that you’ll get what you ordered because if you didn’t, like I didn’t, you have to pay to return it to them back to China. I ordered a steam hair straightener, and they sent me a plain flat iron. I’ve been completely ripped off, so STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
First of all, my apologies to the Glam Seamless company for leaving my review for them instead of THIS one. I’ll be much more careful in the future. I purchased an XO weft from Seamless Hair in a “Summer Blonde” blonde color about 6 months ago. I no longer have my receipt, but after continuing to see them advertise online, I felt it appropriate to warn my fellow do-it-yourself extension wearers. After weeks of waiting for my order, I finally received it - And it was canary-bird Yellow! I contacted them via email numerous times, and I literally got NO RESPONSE. They apparently have only one shade of blonde hair in XO, and their website should say so. They apparently don’t want to stand by their products. I did get a complete refund from PayPal. So if you are on the fence about taking a chance with these people, make sure you use PayPal, so when they ignore your emails advising them they sent you the wrong color or item, you will eventually get your money back.
