Customer Service Is Outstanding
In times when customer service seems non-existent for many companies, this company has very helpful and courteous customer service. My orders have arrived quickly with no fuss, too. I just got a third rigid seat belt extender, this time for my daughter's front passenger seat for when I ride with her. They are a wonderful aid. No more searching for the buckle assembly and fumbling to insert the metal tongue. It's now quick and easy!
