Excellent customer service!
I purchased a silk shirt from this company on June 30th which arrived beautifully packaged a few days later. Whilst the shirt was well made, lovely, and a great price it just wasn't a good fit for me. I contacted their customer service and got a response almost immediately. I did receive a couple of offers to keep item but I wanted a return and refund. No problem whatsoever. Rio and Thomas were both exceptionally helpful and responsive and by 9th July I had been refunded after returning the item. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Silksilky again if this is the norm. I'm still awaiting a refund from another company where I had to return to China...a purchase made in April!! So thank you Silksilky fror restoring my faith a bit in online shopping...
