Ordered 3 shirts that did not fit and of low quality. Requested a return and refund. After numerous back and forth with their customer service department they offered a store credit or a refund of less than .50 cents on the dollar. Do not shop here. Update: Dresslily has reached out to me and has refunded my purchase. I hope they review their customer refund policies and adopt a standard more in line with most online retailers.
