Bad quality and bad service!
I bought a stylist chair for over $400 a few months ago & so far this chair had started squeaking and the thread of one of the buttons on the seat itself is coming apart?? i called a couple months ago to see if i can switch the base as its way too high for me (I'm 5'3) and they basically did not give me any reasonable options to switch/ replace etc.! I would never buy from this company again! Besides that their products are not good quality, they do not stand behind their products! very disappointed!
