Exceeded any expectation I had
Everything I expected from my onboarding call with Dan Villard exceeded any expectation I had. Naturally, I expected him to be knowledgeable about Poppy AI and, given his position, a good teacher. What I wasn’t prepared for was meeting someone so genuinely kind, caring, interesting, and generous with his time. Every once in a while, you get to cross paths with someone who leaves you feeling better simply because you had the opportunity to meet them. Dan is one of those people. I left the call more knowledgeable about how to use Poppy AI, and I know the more time I use it, the better it will perform doing the tasks I want. But, and this is a big but, I also left with something I never expected from an onboarding call: I felt genuinely uplifted by the person I had just met. During our call, I told Dan that his parents are blessed to have a son like him. Afterward, I realized it extends much further than that. Poppy AI is blessed to have someone like Dan Villard representing their company, and those of us fortunate enough to cross paths with him are blessed as well. Sometimes the greatest gift someone gives you is simply who they are. Dan was that unexpected gift in my onboarding call. (My motto in life is “lead with love, even when painful.” Dan must live by the same motto! Lol)
