The verification process is very slow
The verification process is very slow. It took 30 minutes to complete, even if I immediately clicked all confirmation emails and I entered the SMS code. I had to do a quick small gift, so I canceled the order while it was still during validation, and bought the steam key from somewhere else. After 5 minutes from canceling, the order became validated and they sent me the steam key anyway. Why isn't the validation process automated? Why was the order completed even if I had asked for a cancellation?
