Order received almost 1.5 months after ordering
I ordered a new strap for my Apple Watch on 5/5/20. It’s now 10/6/20 and I still haven’t received it nor will I. The tracking data shows that the package was incorrectly addressed despite the fact I provided my address correctly (which MiniInTheBox verified) and the package has now been sent back to China. Customer service responds but isn’t useful as it’s always a new agent who doesn’t bother to read the previous notes so you are not actually getting anywhere. MiniInTheBox are refusing to refund me. Do not use them; you will just lose your money and precious time chasing what you ordered. EDIT: Following the above review, Miniinthebox finally geared up action from their side. They offered to refund me my shipping costs and got Royal Mail to redirect the package back to me. I finally received the item on 16/6 (it was ordered on 5/5). They did ask me to amend my review to 4 or 5 stars but I can’t honestly give them more than 2 (originally 1) as it took so much effort from my side to keep pushing this. The wristband itself is pretty much as advertised.
