Utter Trash (RESOLVED)
Original story: Ordered a pair of black twill men's joggers for $26. Received them after waiting forever. They're cheap, thin, and don't fit well. I ask to return them, two which they respond with the following options: 1) I keep them and they refund me 4 DOLLARS. 2) I send them back and they refund me $17. Oh, also, I have to pay $7 to return them. So basically, I can have a 15% refund and keep these trash pants that don't fit or I can return them for a 38% refund. UPDATE: After a lengthy conversation with their Customer Service, they agreed to give me a full refund and did so quickly. The reviews from others may paint a bumpy customer experience so far, but it appears that they're aware and are making an effort to fix this.
