Two months, no order, no answers!
My order has been stuck in "transfer of customs" according to the tracking website -- since April 19th. I have emailed the shipping company twice and received no response. I have opened several tickets with Rosegal and they never explain what "transfer of customs" means or why it's taking so long. It has been nearly TWO MONTHS since I placed my order. Apparently I have to wait til 6/7 for the "deadline," well, they told me 10 - 25 business days for delivery, so what is this "deadline"? Ridiculous! Even IF I get my order and IF I am satisfied, I will never order from them again! UPDATE: In the interest of fairness, I want to add that once 6/7 came and went with still no package, they refunded my money, and said that if the package ever did come, I could keep it. I appreciate that so I have upgraded to two stars. Still would rather have gotten my order.
