Outstanding service!
They were really amazing, taking care of my specific instructions when the package arrived. Then, after my package arrived, I needed more photos, which they promptly took and got updated on my profile within minutes. I was really impressed with their customer service team, especially Steven & Chris. Always replying fast to the emails and get connected on the phone super fast. Highly recommend, especially after coming from not such a great experience with a different US forwarder. Also, I must add that they packaged the item exactly as it was sent in the original box and with all the bubble wrap and packing materials. 5/5, can recommend to anyone who needs this service!
