I have used Agoda quite a few times
I have used Agoda quite a few times; often with minor issues. I needed to cancel a booking and was advised to apply to the hotel for a refund. The hotel never replied & Agoda then informed me that the hotel does not respond to on-line requests. They knew this when they asked me to apply to the hotel, but just wasted my time filling in a form which was completely useless. Agoda grab as much money as they can and don't help their customers. It's impossible to contact anyone to complain to
