Gathering recipes was the easy part of this process. Entering and then proofing was the most time consuming. Fortunately we did not put ourselves on a strict deadline. The end product, our cookbook, turned out beautiful. We are now in the process of selling the books and should have no problem. We chose the hard cover, 3 ring binder option, and they present well.
