Experience on the phone
As much as I love your pillows. I have not had great experience with the agents selling your product. In other words not great phone service. They were not familiar with the product. After my first wonderful experience I have been very disappointed with my last two phone conversations. Felt very frustrated at the end of the call. Cecelia
