There was a problem & I was at my wits end as it was impossible to get the robots to understand or fix it. Luckily when I was just about go cancel my booking I finally got a human being to talk to - problem fixed immediately! This is my first time using Trip.com & it was very stressful due to the difficulty getting a person to talk to instead of a robot.
