Bad experience.
I purchased a bus ticket in Malaysia through Easybook. The pickup location supplied was a phone number. That phone number was "out of service". I attempted to contact Easybook through What's app, online email and direct email but did not get a reply. I had to purchase alternative transport. No reply means no chance of refund. I won't be using this app again. Note: I eventually received a refund so I have changed my rating.
