My account remains blocked on Ebay
My account remains blocked on Ebay, I am genuinely puzzled by this. They say I have "numerous" complaints as a seller and I am a threat to thier buyers! However I rarely sell anything on line and I have not sold on Ebay for 4 years I made one sale prior to that which admittedly went wrong due to my inexperience but it was quickly rectified or so I was told. Personally I think eBay just left my software status unaltered and cant be bothered to do the research to rectify it or speak to me direct to explain the situation properly. Instead they appear to have churned out a standard letter. Customer care is poor. I dont think they really care as long as the maching keeps making money. I think they deserve the low score that they have here.
