I bought the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 flashed with global rom & before buying i confirmed that it will get future updates which the answer was yes. Once i received the device it's already giving an option for update so when i try to do that it's giving an some error saying it needs to go back to original rom. I contacted giztop regarding this & been told it's not gonna get updates if it's flashed then i asked them to read our previous chat in which they mentioned it will get updates, they agree to take it back with full refund + pay postage for return as it's their fault. Once they receive the device neither paid the postage + cut some heave amount for paypal return & restocking even they agree to refund in full & stop replying my messages after. It was my 1st experience with them & for sure last. I always use wonda mobile since 2016 & never had a problem it was recommended to me by a friend but my experience is very poor with them with their misleading untruthful customer service $1015.99 paid & refunded $956.33
