Pretty straightforward process.
Mike was pretty easy to work with. We did have a little bit of mis-communication, but some of that probably is due to my computer illiteracy :) The reason I did not give 5 stars is that, at checkout, you are asked if you want to "tip" your advisor. I don't have an issue with that, but if I had known that upfront I would have felt more comfortable really taking my time with the agent.
