Questionable ethics
Paid for a Phantasos watch, a sister company of Angles run by the same people, on Kickstarter and paid extra for serial number 1. It was confirmed I had secured this watch and was looking forward to receiving it. Apparently someone with more money came along wanted the serial number I had paid for and it was given to him, as he wanted five watches, in five colours all #1. They did try to offer me different engravings to make up for the loss but in the end refunded my money and I will never buy from them again. Watches are great, ethics are not.
