Ordered shoes and a costume 4 months out. When it was 1 month prior to the con and I still hadn't heard from them, I sent them an email asking what happened. Got a prompt response of them saying they didn't have the fabric for the cosplay in stock and wouldn't for several more months.. Mind you, this was NOT a pre-order item. so they had something listed on your site for someone to purchase, guaranteeing a shipment date, and you didn't even have the materials to MAKE it? Not to mention you didn't even bother to contact me for THREE months telling me this. Nice one. 0 stars. ^_^
