Hush 2
I ordered a Hush 2 which arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately it gave up the ghost within 24 hours. I contacted Lovense, they told me to send a video of the defective unit, I did, they agreed it was defective. They sent me another, this too within an hour or so proved to be defective. Lovense asked for a video of the tow of them side by side showing they were defective, they agreed both were and offered to send me another toy of equivalent value. The only other thing of interest was a Hush which was £10 less expensive, so I said send me that and refund me the difference. No they said we can send it but not refund the difference. So I asked for a full refund of the cost of the defective toys. No they said we cannot do that, but we can supply the Hush and refund you the difference, I have all the emails to and fro they lied between one and the other. They really do not want to to refund for defective goods so beware. In the end I got a Hush and a refund of the difference but my oh my did they mess me around.
