Customer Service Lacking We ordered the Xcluder Rodent Block Garage Door replacement kit, which we did NOT need. I even asked by email if I needed the retainer piece and was advised "yes, need retainer." We were able to use our existing t-type frame on our garage door. As we ordered the kit, we are not able to return the retainer as per policy you have to return ALL ITEMS that were originally shipped in the box. We also called, left messages and never received a call back. Our most favorite comment from their support staff (Dakota) reads as follows: "Dakota (North Shore Commercial Door Help Center) Jul 3, 10:34 AM EDT Gary, Do me and yourself a favor and read our return policy.
