I took a loan through Stripe (offered in my Stripe dashboard). Loan facility is provided by Fundbox. They aren't just not trustworthy, they are breaching Australian laws. First, I never got a copy of my loan agreement. Stripe tells me to contact Fundbox to get it, they say I'm not on file. Strange...because loan repayments come out through Stripe every day. The loan says it's over 18 months with a max repayment %. However, they have put the repayments at the max % from the start, even though that means I'll pay it off in less than 12 months. The rates are killing my cash flow. Several days of going back and forth and neither company cares. Will be going to the Australian banking regulator next. Avoid Stripe and Fundbox at all costs.
