Dead controller, no replacement
Purchased hexagon shapes light panels for my office. They worked fine for a while until the controller unit died. Customer support suggested workarounds and resets. All steps performed, but the controller is dead. Upon request for a replacement I was met with a ridiculous demand for a video. Due to office setup it’s impossible to record everything they want at once, without dismantling my desk. Asked them to at least provide link to a replacement controller so I can buy it myself if they don’t believe a customer who provided proof of purchase. The spare part is not in stock for the last several weeks. No idea what to do now with these useless planets. Customer service is outrageous.
