Probably a scam
Used this service once. Never again! Their website said that the ticket would be sent directly from the airline, it wasn't. The "ticket" came direct from Fly Onward. The website says that you can login to the airlines site to verify the authenticity of the ticket, I couldn't. Instead, I was given a link to tripcase.com, where I was asked for a username and password that had not been provided with the "ticket". When I tried emailing Fly Onward about these and other issues, I received no reply. Given that the "ticket" did not even include a ticket number, and they provide none of the promised methods to verify authenticity, I strongly suspect that the "ticket" was FAKE! Fly Onward cannot be trusted!
