terrible experience
terrible experience. Booked my husband and 8 year old out of Beijing and Beijing does not fall under the same rules of transfer and so they were stopped upon entry into Shanghai. Luckily they came across a nice immigration person who got someone to help them get a visa on the spot....4 hours later, $280 for two visas for a total of an 8 hour stay in Shanghai and the cost to change their tickets home because they missed their flight while trying to get a visa. Next time buy a refundable ticket and just cancel it after you get through....rip off that could have resulted in something much worse and now they won't return the multiple emails and of course there is no phone number to call. They are Dallas based and so am I so once I return home I will be reporting them to BBB, yelp and looking for their physical address.
