TripAdvisor only uses FlipKey to deliver the keys and FlipKey has a lot of links online that abort any proactive communication, FlipKey only has a phone number, no email and no active communication. So that FlipKey hears no complaints... Everything is just fine for FlipKey! Watch out! Because in the real world you will face serious problems and FlipKey won't give your money back as promised.
