Avoid this company like the plague!. I placed an order for 3 items weeks ago, I received another customers order which I returned via Hermes Couriers. I have still not received my original which cost £82.10, I have sent several emails, and the reply is 'you will be refunded when we receive the returned good. Absolute cretins, how can I return something I have'nt received.
