Good customer service
I purchased 4 lounge chair from Garvee through Amazon. Soon after the one month return period we had experienced rusting in addition to the metal on the chairs getting unbearably hot. I contacted the company directly about a return/refund. Zoe was my contact and after numerous emails she 100% took care of this to my complete satisfaction.
