Not same dress as Roselinlin had on the picture. This is Scam, they are using others pictures and then send crap...Bigg warning. My answer at Roselilins answer below. 12/4 2021 Today i will do as, Roseilin writes below. I Will now send the information they now ask for. As well as photos of their label the packet and photo on the paper they provided inside with the packet o top of the faked dress example they did send me. I Will continue update om trustpilot how Roslilin now handle this situation. IF anyone out there want to have a look, i have a photo of the dress they using in their onlinebuissnies and a picture of the dress they did send me - anyone who Read this are welcome to Contact me and i Will email you the photos. 13/4 I recieved a answer om the email from Roselinlin. They ask what they can do for me. I wrote back that i want the dress i ordered 14/4 Roselinlin did send me another email today were they ask for all information and photos of everything from packet to labelpaper eccetera - they ask again for i formation i did send them the 12/4. (See abowe text). NOTE: Was reading about Roselinlin reviews on internet. Plenty of costumers are mention same issues as i have now, including that they using a stretegy to keep send back email asking for new information, instead of sort the situation. When i tried to write my review about Roselinlin on that online review page a note came up. The note are from the reviewadmin with information that they have seen that Roselinlin by them self have been writing several fake possitive reviews, pretend that they are a satisfided costumers. This type of Criminal buissniespeople may soon open, if they not alreddy done it? a new buissniess under a new name. Be aware dear costumers, look at the prices- If cheap then Its red flag. 13/4 I answered to their new email that i alreddy been sending them a picture of all labours and the paper, the packade and dress. 14/4 I recive another email: HBQDB00186547 Those photos are not enough. Please help take photos below so we can verify and handle the issue for you. 1. The photo of the whole package, including the clear tracking number; 2. the photo of the WP on the outer package and the photo of the inner item; 3. The item's detailed tag photo, including identifiable size and color. If we ship the wrong item (s), we will handle your issue appropriately. Waiting for your timely reply.
