Cheap prices, sometimes cheap products, lacking in customer support
Prices are cheap, so are some of the products. Customer service is lacking. Lots of work and time to receive a refund for defective products. They also bribe customers (with promises of discount coupons) to write positive reviews...... The following is taken from the email I received from Tomtop (the addresses and links had to be modified to be posted here): "We are now offering a 2USD COUPON for you, but ask in return that you write a positive review on any one of the three websites. You will get 3USD COUPON if you write on two websites.You will get 5USD COUPON if you write on three websites The following are instructions to receive your gift: Please click any of the following websites: _trustpilot.com _sitejabber.com _resellerratings.com Write your review and activate it. Send your review link back to our email adress_support_tomtop_com We will immediately send you the COUPON, in return! If you have any question about us please feel free to contact us with support_tomtop_com Yours Sincerely, Tomtop.com" They don't send the coupon either.
