This is the first time I have ordered from this company. To begin with, the ordering process was very easy and quick. The first problem I encountered was that one of my items was out of stock. I was not told of this and I had to check it for myself in my orders. I contacted online customer services and to be fair they were very helpful and quick. The unusual thing was they had to cancel the whole order and then make a new order without the item that was out of stock which was very confusing. I don't know why they couldn't have just taken that item off. I received a refund for the item very quickly. I had to contact customer services online a few times about my order, to make sure it was going to arrive before I go on holiday etc. I received my order recently and I was overall very happy with the items. They did look exactly like they did in the pictures. And they fitted perfectly. What I would suggest if you do order form this company, you do have to be patient. But if you continue to contact customer services with your concerns they are very quick to help out in any way possible. I am very pleased that my items arrived before I left to go on holiday. I do believe the company Yoins need to sort out some of their snagging. They need to make sure that any items out of stock are clear on the website. This company could become very popular but they just need to sort out the whole ordering process, so it doesn't require the customer to continually ask questions about an order. Hope this helps. :)
