Hi, few days ago I ordered a phone: HUAWEI Mate 9 Smartphone 4G Phone 5.9inch TFT FHD 6GB RAM 64GB ROM 20MP+12MP at their page I was i a hurry the price was good. After i bought it i notced that they were the only shop offering a model of Mate 9 with 6gb and 64gb rom. (a model configurationwhich does not exists..) I noticed also that in other colors of the same model with the same price and discount there were phones with 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom. I think it's clearly a matter of misspelling on the page where i bought my phone. Now, I don't want a phone with 4gb of ram so tried to contact them in every way was possible in order to cancel the order ... it is simply impossible. They have a live chat where you have to fill in your name yuor mobile number and the reason you are calling for. No matter which phone number you put in the system will not recognise as a valid number and you want be able to access the chat... You write at their mail they don't answer. There is a forum to write your questions they don't publish them. I don't think this is the kind of customer service i'd like to deal with .. I know it's been only two days but .. Follow up... from tomtop... Nobody answered to my emails or to my messages on the board but.. i received this: "Thank you for shopping on TOMTOP.com. We are glad to inform you that the goods you ordered have been shipped out. It is on the way to your address!" Huawey produced a Mate 9 with 4gb ram and 64 gb of rom or a Mate 9 with 6gb ram and 128 gb of rom!!! Considering that other phones with 4gb ram and 64 gb of rom but with different colors where for sale on their site at the same price of mine, i'm pretty sure that they will send me a phone with 4 gb of ram and 64gb of rom. Which i don't want !!!! If they had some care of their custumers this could have been avoided! What should i do ?? refuse the package? Call for paypal to stop them? in the meanwhile they don't answer to my emails. Follow up I contacted paypal and opened a case. Still no answer from them and their support. ..please feel free to contact them.. they will not answer! Follow up I keep on writing every day ....nothing Follow up still no signs from them I'm writing every day. My posts on the forum have been cancelled before they could be published. follow up Another day has gone and they anwered !!!! They anwered referring to dispute i opened on paypal Not an answer that could make sense of course, just a generic.. please close the dispute and they will send the the phone..!!! I called Paypal and they told me not to close it otherwise they could not send the phone and could not do anything. Anyway i just want to finish off with those guys . I don't want a phone from them..whatshappen if i'd problem afterwards ? No thanks better pay a little more and have some service.. Last update After that email i tranformed my dispute in complain on Paypal. Amazingly they answered right away telling me they would send me back my money and cancel the order... In some previous email they had told me they had sent me already the phone.. Anyway, I got my money back. On their website there is still a page selling a phone with impossible features (huawey mate 6gb ram 64gb rom, not produced by huawey..). I think they have a pretty bad service support email and chat useless. Without Paypal i wouldn't have had my money back. But i wouldn' buy something from them with the risk to have to face problems for warranty.
