Google do not Care
Google will not read this. It's for customers of the horrible giant. I bought a pixel phone. The battery has swollen. Google refused any replacement or refund because the warranty had expired. They sent me in loops demanding I complete online forms that achieved nothing. I specifically asked if they were denying me my statutory rights which extend beyond the warranty period. Google offered me a refund. Then their Asian call centre powered by Google's own AI started delaying once more. This is an obnoxious uncaring company. I will be pursuing a case through the courts to get the refund they offered me. Trustpilot will not allow me share Google's email for customer care. But the start of it is store-support The middle is @ The end is google.com
