Company is a scam.
I bought the video converter last night. After converting one video, the upload of it to Youtube was still going to be over 3 hours. I then attempted (more than 5 times) to email them requesting a refund on their contact page. However, the submit button does NOT work. I then used their tweet contact, and got no reply. This organisation seems to be a scam. The product doesn't work, nor can you contact them at all.
